This excludes normal wear and tear, improper care and use, accident, or alteration.

If you believe one of our products to be defective, return it to Thielsen Wildland Firefighting Equipment with proof of purchase.

If Thielsen finds the product to be defective we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

If Thielsen finds the product to not be covered under the warranty due to the exclusions mentioned above, we will, with the customer's written authorization, gladly repair the product for a nominal charge plus return shipping.
